Service
Sendhelm provides AI-assisted draft generation for WhatsApp and email communications. You are solely responsible for approving and sending all outbound messages.
Billing and refunds
Sendhelm is billed up front at $199/month — there is no free trial. Your first month is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your initial payment for a full refund. Your subscription renews monthly unless cancelled, and you can cancel anytime by contacting support.
Acceptable use
You may not use Sendhelm for spam, harassment, or communications that violate applicable law. You are responsible for compliance with platform policies (Meta WhatsApp, Gmail) and industry regulations applicable to your communications.
